🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
• We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
• To start a return, please e-mail us at [support@yourstore.com] within 7 days of delivery, include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Made-to-order or personalized products (e.g., custom text, color, or size)
• Items purchased with gift cards or store credit
• “Change-of-mind” or wrong-size orders (see exchange option below)

3. Exchanges (Wrong Size / Color)

If you ordered the wrong size or color, contact us within 7 days. We can:
1. Issue a one-time 25 % discount for a replacement order, or
2. Arrange an exchange if you cover return shipping to our warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the fault is ours (defect, misprint, wrong item), we cover return or replacement costs.
• Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for safe return shipping.

5. Lost / Late Packages
• A parcel is considered “lost” if it hasn’t arrived 45 business days after the ship date (60 days for South America & Africa).
• We’ll offer a free reshipment or full refund—your choice.

6. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll e-mail you and—if approved—process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping insurance, customs duties, and VAT are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, production/shipping begins and we can’t guarantee cancellation.
